The C.trachomatis/N.gonorrhoeae Multiplex REAL-TIME PCR Detection Kit is an in vitro Nucleic Acid Test (NAT) – pathogen-detection-based product. The C.trachomatis/N.gonorrhoeae Multiplex REAL-TIME PCR Detection Kit is intended for simultaneous detection of Chlamydia trachomatis and Neisseria gonorrhoeae DNA in human biological material.

Indications for use: symptoms of infectious or inflammatory diseases of the urogenital tract.

Sample: urine, scrapes of epithelial cells from the urogenital tract.

DNA extraction: PREP-NA, PREP-NA-PLUS, PREP-GS, PREP-GS-PLUS, PREP-RAPID, PREP-OPTIMA
