SERVICE AND WARRANTY

The warranty period for equipment manufactured by DNA-Technology is 2 years. Repair / replacement of out of order equipment or its components during this period recognized as a warranty case is made free of charge at the earliest opportunity.

After the warranty period has expired, the company carries out post-warranty and service maintenance of the equipment, which is recommended to be carried out once a year (regardless of warranty obligations) in order to maintain the equipment in working condition during the entire period of useful life.

We can provide you another device at the time of maintenance work, which ensures stable and uninterrupted operation throughout the entire period of equipment’s useful life.
