New lectures by Vladimir Nazarov, MD, PhD, Pavlov First Saint-Petersburg State Medical University, Centre of Molecular Medicine were added to the section "Videos". In these lectures the speaker discusses the structure of HLA genes, variability of HLA genes, the involvement of HLA I and HLA II genes in the immune system's function, and the clinical application of HLA genotyping. Lectures contain information about HLA genotyping for transplantation, as well as identifying immunological reasons for embryo implantation failure and cover the practical aspects of applying HLA-I and HLA-II genotyping in autoimmune diseases.
