The BacScreen Pneumo 1 REAL-TIME PCR Detection Kit is designed to detect DNA of bacteria (Chlamydophila pneumoniae, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Moraxella catarrhalis, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae, Staphylococcus aureus, Legionella pneumophila, Acinetobacter spp., Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa) causing respiratory nosocomial and community-acquired infections by real-time polymerase chain reaction.
