BacScreen ОM REAL-TIME PCR Detection Kit is intended for DNA analysis of opportunistic bacteria from classes Bacilli, Betaproteobacteria и Gammaproteobacteria that cause nosocomial and community-acquired infections in DNA material obtained from human biological samples and bacterial cultures.
Using the BacScreen ОM REAL-TIME PCR Detection Kit for detecting DNA of opportunistic bacteria of the classes Bacilli, Betaproteobacteria and Gammaproteobacteria, causing nosocomial and community-acquired infections, DNA of 25 bacterial representatives is detected.
Multiplex analysis gives the opportunity of several DNA targets detection in the same tube.
