The MycosoResista Trichophyton REAL-TIME PCR Detection Kit is designed for detection of DNA of Trichophyton genus fungi with identification of Trichophyton mentagrophytes var. indotineae species and mutations in ERG1 gene (Phe397Leu, Leu393Ser, Leu393Phe, Ser436Ala, His440Tyr, Ala448Thr), determining antifungal resistance, in human biological material by real-time PCR.
