DTintegrator software, developed by DNA-Technology, integrates key components of the PCR testing workflow and enables connection with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).
Test requests can be created manually or automatically imported from an LIS or other connected software, such as online platforms used for remote request registration. DTintegrator supports both customized and predefined workflows, allowing laboratories to set up technical processes according to specific test requirements.

Main Work Stages
Preparation. Receiving test requests from the LIS and tracking all samples with related data. Flexible sample registration is supported, including barcode-based identification for quick and accurate processing.
Testing. Creating extraction and pipetting protocols and transferring them to the corresponding workstations. The software visualizes the placement of samples and reagents within workstation racks directly on the computer screen, simplifying setup and control.
Results. After amplification and analysis, test results are collected and automatically transferred to the LIS for review and report generation.
