November 4-5 Yerevan hosted a scientific-practical conference and exhibition dedicated to "Laboratory Medicine: Achievements and Prospects." Hundreds of laboratory diagnostics specialists from Armenia, Russia and CIS countries visited the conference.  

Professor Ekaterina Voroshilina had a speech dedicated to the Modern Approaches for diagnostics of opportunistic Microflora, which is a hot topic nowadays. During the speech, she mentioned the importance of usage of BacScreen OM and BacResista GLA PCR kits and demonstrated studies, based on these kits, in clinical practice.

Our company's representatives welcomed all participants at the DNA-Technology booth and actively answered questions regarding PCR applications and equipment.

The visitors showed keen interest in various PCR kits, but especially main interest was related to ENTEROFLOR Kiddy, Femoflor®, Androflor®, HPV Quant, and AVRI respiratory panel.

Also they expressed significant interest in the latest achievement for NGS in reproductive genetics, specifically the AneuScreen ILM kit (NIPT), designed for non-invasive DNA screening of pregnant women to detect fetal chromosomal anomalies.

There were also numerous inquiries about the equipment for PCR research, automation, and the potential for integration with LIMS systems.

DNA-Technology was awarded with a diploma for active participation in the conference.
