Influenza A virus H1N1pdm09/H3N2 Multiplex

The Influenza A virus H1N1pdm09/H3N2 Multiplex REAL-TIME PCR Detection Kit is designed to detect the Influenza A virus subtypes (Influenza A(H1N1)pdm09 virus and Influenza A(H3N2) virus) RNA in human biological material (nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal swabs, bronchoalveolar lavage, endotracheal, nasopharyngeal aspirate, phlegm) by Reverse Transcription (RT) and Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) methods.
Indications for the use:
- presence of symptoms and contact with influenza patients;
- stay in the centers of infection (for the purpose of early detection of possible infection and prevention of further spread of infection);
- influenza differential diagnostics.

Sample: nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal swabs, bronchoalveolar lavage, endotracheal, nasopharyngeal aspirate, phlegm
