It's a new complex analysis to quantify the gut microbiota composition of 0-14 years old children. The technology based on real-time PCR, one of the most accurate and fastest method, which allows to detect 99,9% of microorganism species of children's gut microbiota.

Indications for analysis are long-term intestinal disorders caused by unspecified microorganism, intestinal dysfunction in children with intensive antibiotic and/or immunosuppressive therapy, long-term chemotherapy or hormone therapy, presence of bacteremia or purulent inflammatory foci, allergic diseases and many other cases requiring to assess of the composition of the microbiota of the large intestine.
