19th All-Russian Scientific and Practical Seminar "Reproductive Potential of Russia": Key Outcomes of the HPV Session

From September 5 to 8, the 19th All-Russian Scientific and Practical Seminar "Reproductive Potential of Russia" was successfully held in Sochi. This event has traditionally served as one of the key platforms for dialogue among leading Russian experts in the fields of gynecology, obstetrics, and reproductology.

The central event for us was the specialized session "HPV Without Borders: From Diagnosis to Prevention," organized with our participation. The session was chaired by Dr. Med. Sci. Tamara Bebneva and Professor Ekaterina Voroshilina, who ensured its high academic level.

The lively and productive discussions focused on the practical application of modern molecular genetic test systems HPV Screen and  FEMOFLOR®.
Critically important issues for clinical practice were examined in detail:

▪️ HPV PCR Diagnostics: From Test Selection to Interpretation – Prof. E.S. Voroshilina.
▪️ PCR or Cytology? A Comparative Analysis of Methods – Prof. E.S. Voroshilina.
▪️ HPV and the Microbiome: A Vicious Circle or a Cause-and-Effect Relationship? – Dr. Med. Sci. T.N. Bebneva and Prof. E.S. Voroshilina.

It is important to note that within the framework of the session, our international scientific partners delivered presentations, sharing their experience in HPV prevention and diagnosis using our PCR solutions in their countries:

• Prof. Labachevska-Gjatovska Liljana (Skopje, North
Macedonia) presented the report "HPV: General Issues and Prognostic Challenges".
• Dr. Dahrouge Chiarot Fernanda (Sao Paulo, Brazil) shared innovative data in her report "Comparative Analysis of HPV Genotyping and Microbiome Profile in Cervical and Urine Samples Collected via Self-Sampling or by Healthcare Professionals," which is of great importance for the development of non-invasive screening methods.
• PhD Elnifro Elfath (Tripoli, Libya) shared practical experience in integrating HPV PCR diagnostic methods into routine clinical and laboratory practice (Report "PCR Diagnosis of HPV in Laboratories and Clinics").

We extend our sincere gratitude to all speakers and participants for their in-depth analysis, constructive dialogue, and collaborative efforts toward improving healthcare standards.
