The ENTEROFLOR Kiddy REAL-TIME PCR Detection Kit is designed for detection of DNA of colon-associated microorganisms (Firmicutes, Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes, Actinobacteria, Fusobacteria, Verrucomicrobia*, Euryarchaeota phyla), including Candida fungi, as well as methicillin-resistance gene in Staphylococcus spp. (mecA), Cl.difficile with enterotoxins A and B genes (tcdA, tcdB), Str.agalactiae invasiveness gene (srr2) by real-time PCR in DNA preparations obtained from feces samples of children under the age of 14 for qualitative composition and quantitative assessment of large intestine microbiota.
