The PREP-CITO DBS DNA Extraction Kit is intended for human genomic DNA extraction from dried blood spots (DBS) for further analysis with polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The principle of the method is alkaline cell lysis, which occurs during thermal incubation.

The PREP-CITO DBS DNA Extraction Kit is designed for DNA extraction from 50 analyzed samples (including negative controls).
